What it meansnginx connected to the upstream, but the backend did not send response headers within proxy_read_timeout, so nginx gave up waiting.

The first thing to checkFind out why the backend is slow, such as a long query or a blocked worker; if the slowness is expected, raise proxy_read_timeout for that location.
